Car Crash in Tulare County Left Driver Dead, Carlos Garcia Injured
TULARE, CA (September 2, 2021) – Monday afternoon, a two-vehicle crash on Avenue 336 claimed the life of a man and injured Carlos Garcia in Tulare.
The CHP stated that a westbound Toyota sedan suddenly drifted north onto a dirt shoulder on Avenue 336.
For reason unknown, the driver veered west directly into the path of a 2018 GMC pickup-truck.
As a result, the two vehicles collided and killed the 38-year-old Toyota driver at the scene, according to the police.
Meanwhile, the 53-year-old pickup driver, Carlos Mendoza Garcia, sustained minor injuries from the collision.
At this time, the CHP will continue to investigate the two-vehicle crash on Avenue 336.
