Passenger Dead after Fatal Collision on Needles Highway in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NV (August 31, 2021) – Tuesday morning, an unidentified passenger was killed in a deadly crash on Needles Highway.
The collision took place around 11:13 a.m., at Needles Highway and Bruce Woodbury Drive, as stated by the report. Officers responded shortly after.
According to the authorities, a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 was stopped at a stop sign. There, a 2001 Ford Windstar was traveling north approaching the intersection, and collided with the Dodge.
Investigators say the front of the Dodge struck the right side of the Ford, eventually causing the Ford to spin out and overturn.
The driver of the Dodge truck was unharmed and remained on the scene. As per investigations, they showed no symptoms of impairment.
However, the passenger inside the vehicle was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the accident is being investigated. Once available, more information will be released.
