Four Hurt, Jesus Padilla Dead in Fiery Multi-Vehicle Collision in Central Phoenix

PHOENIX, AZ (August 26, 2021) – Sunday night on August 22, Jesus Padilla was killed and four others were hospitalized after an 8-car crash in Central Phoenix.

The collision took place at around 5:00 p.m., at the intersection of Central Avenue and Camelback Road, as per report.

According to Phoenix police, the accident involved eight cars. At least one of the automobiles caught fire, but firefighters worked rapidly to extinguish the flames.

Furthermore, the female driver of the Toyota Camry that ran the red light was intoxicated.

Meanwhile, the case is pending the outcome of the toxicological results.
