Major Injuries Reported after Multi-Car Crash on Avenue 42
INDIO, CA (August 24, 2021) – A traffic collision on Jefferson Street injured seven people, two of whom were seriously injured on Tuesday afternoon.
The collision happened around 2:06 p.m., at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Avenue 42.
According to reports, two vehicles collided for still unknown reasons.
Medics rushed a total of seven people to nearby hospitals for treatment. As per CHP, two patients were seriously injured, four were moderately injured, and one suffered a minor injury.
