Pedestrian Hit-and-Run on Santa Monica Results in Death
SANTA MONICA, CA (August 5, 2021) – An unidentified man was killed in Santa Monica in a pedestrian hit-and-run incident on Monday morning.
The accident happened around 1 a.m. on Santa Monica Boulevard in the 3100 block.
According to the Santa Monica Police Department, there are very few details available about what led up to the crash.
Responding crews rushed the injured man to the hospital, where he later died. Officials have not identified the victim at this time.
Meanwhile, the suspect’s vehicle was last seen driving eastbound on Santa Monica Boulevard in a dark colored newer sedan.
