Man Dies in E-Bike Accident on Sauk Avenue [San Diego, CA]
E-Bike Rider Struck and Killed in San Diego Collision
SAN DIEGO, CA (July 27, 2021) – Friday afternoon, July 23, a man was killed in an E-Bike accident on Sauk Avenue in San Diego.
The crash took place around 5:31 p.m., on the 4500 block of Sauk Avenue, as stated by the report.
According to reports, the rider was hit when he made a rapid maneuver to the left. He reportedly swerved into the #1 northbound lane, breaching the driver’s right-of-way.
The rider, an adult man, was brought to the hospital where he later died from his injuries. In addition, the driver of the vehicle stayed on scene and cooperated with the investigation.
Meanwhile, the accident on Sauk Avenue is still under investigation at this time.
