35-Year-Old Woman Fatally Struck in Crash in North Wasco
BAKERSFIELD, CA (June 11, 2021) – Saturday morning, June 5, Nancy Elizabeth Padilla, 35, died after a two-vehicle crash on Highway 43.
The crash took place just before 11:15 a.m., at the intersection at Sherwood Avenue and Highway 43. Emergency crews arrived to the area shortly after.
At this time, the events leading up to the crash remain unclear. However, reports indicate that Padilla was pronounced dead as a result of the crash.
In addition, another passenger suffered major injuries while a third suffered minor injuries. Although, their identities have not yet been released.
