The tragic incident happened around 1:35 p.m., on Pacific Coast Highway at 1st Street. Emergency crews arrived to the area shortly after.
Crouch was riding his bicycle across Pacific Coast Highway at 1st Avenue when a silver Toyota Yaris traveling westbound struck him for unknown reasons, according to authorities.
