RENO, NV (May 27, 2021) – 44-year-old James Marsh died and Jennifer Dietsch was arrested Tuesday morning after a fatal hit-and-run accident on Highway 395.
The accident happened just after 6:30 a.m. May 18th, on the southbound lanes near the Panther Drive off-ramp.
According to reports, 20-year old Dietsch was driving a VW Beetle, attempted to overtake the Ford Explorer driven by 44-year-old James Marsh but failed.
