San Diego Man Fatally Injured in Deadly Collision on Niagara Avenue
SAN DIEGO, CA (May 27, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a fatal accident on Niagara Avenue that claimed the life of Frank Thomas Neal last Monday.
The San Diego Police responded around 11:30 p.m., on the 4800 block of Niagara Avenue.
Upon arrival, the responders discovered a good Samaritan performing CPR on Neal, according to Lt. Andra Brown.
Eventually, medical personnel arrived and performed life-saving measures before pronouncing him dead at the scene.
Due to the suspicious nature of death, the authorities called in the San Diego police homicide detectives to investigate.
Later on, the investigators found out that Frank Thomas Neal died due to a fatal traffic collision.
