Pedestrian Fatally Struck in Deadly Accident near Charleston Boulevard
LAS VEGAS, NV (May 19, 2021) – A pedestrian was killed Saturday evening in a fatal accident on US 95 near Charleston Boulevard.
According to officers, an auto-pedestrian accident was reported around 11:00 p.m., on May 15. Emergency crews arrived in the area of US 95 shortly after.
At this point, police have not confirmed the identity of the victim nor the events that led up to the accident.
Furthermore, officials reported traffic delays, and the northbound lane of US 95 was closed until 12:20 a.m. the following day. But, the roadway has since reopened.
NHP continues to investigate the cause of the fatal pedestrian accident. Officers will release more information once it is available.
