Sereima Rasuvi Injured in Head-On DUI Crash on Leveroni Road [Sonoma Valley, CA]

Head-on Collision on Arnold Drive Injures Sereima Rasuvi and Isais Cagal

SONOMA VALLEY, CA (April 13, 2021) – Wednesday afternoon, 55-year-old Sereima Rasuvi of San Rafael, was injured in a head-on DUI crash on Leveroni Road and Arnold Drive.

The fatal crash occurred shortly after 5:35 p.m., on March 31. According to CHP, the driver of a white Chevy Camaro crossed into opposing lanes and collided with a black Toyota Highlander.

Due to the impact of the collision, both vehicles sustained major front end damage. In addition, the Chevy driver, Isais Cagal, 31, sustained head injuries and multiple fractures to his left arm. An air ambulance transported him to a local hospital for further treatment.

Meanwhile, Rasuvi, the driver of Toyota, sustained minor injuries and was rushed to Queen of the Valley Health Center for treatment.

Officers later arrested Cagal at the hospital. He was charged with suspicion of DUI and causing injury.

Moreover, authorities had to close down both lanes for cleanup and inspection, but were reopened after an hour.
